www and non-www certificates

Hi!

Thanks for the great plugin!

I’m using a WP multisite installation but when it generate the certs it will only generate for the non-www version. How to I make it to generate the cert for www and non-www.

For example if my sites calls mysite.com it will generate a certificate for mysite.com OR https://www.mysite.com depending on what I put in the site configurations – never both!

How do I generate for both? This is causing issues as my users access using with and witout www and a redirection will still make the navigator to show a warn for the user.
