www missing?

  • Hi, check the wp dashboard > General Settings for (WordPress address (URL) and Site address (URL), do they have the www in the address field? If they do then i think your problem might be with your domain provider?

    The www isn’t actually necessary.

    So by default when you install WP the www is not included in the URL?

    No. WordPress uses the url that you gave it when you ran the install.
