www. redirects to https://website/https://website

What do you have set as the WordPress and Site Addresses at Settings > General in your site’s Dashboard?

Helo James, and thanks for your reply. I used to have https://mobilmeckaren.se but it was greyed out, so I could not change it to HTTPS after I installed https on the site. So I googled a bit and eventually managed to change it from a file in the installfolder to https://mobilmeckaren.se so that’s what I have right now. If someone for example visits my site from samsungs own internet browser they get sent to https://mobilmeckaren.se/https:/mobilmeckaren.se/wp-content/cache/all/index.html
Notice how there’s only one / in this link on the second one.

Just to clarify something: https://mobilmeckaren.se links work, https://www.mobilmeckaren.se links does not.
https://ibb.co/tKtFCRg Here’s a link of something i found on google analytics of the page.
As you can see most of my customers come to a 404 page.

Ok, remove what you added to the file to change it, also look for any other function.php or wp-config.php changes that could be hard-coding the URL as described at https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/ and remove those too.

Next, change the values properly in the database following this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/changing-the-site-url/#changing-the-url-directly-in-the-database

Removed this from wp-config.php now. Cant access site after doing it!

I’m gonna try and remove that, as soon as i finished backing up my website files in a few minutes now

Ok now the site is working again and i have it changed in database instead of hardcoded but the main issue is still there. Samsung browser gets 404 when trying to visit the site. It appears like the settingspage doesnt grey out the wordpress site url anymore also, which is good.

Wow it appears to be working! Ive managed to use www. Extension on pagespeed insight and on facebook! Not sure why it doesnt work on samsung browser, maybe it works later. Thanks, i will mark this as resolved now!

You might need to clear that browser’s cache: https://www.refreshyourcache.com ??
