www vs non www site

Hello! I’m seeing different sites at my www and my non www sites. With WP Super Cache installed, I can’t simply put a 301 redirect on the non www version of my site & get the traffic to go to the www version.
The non www version is also about a week behind in content. is this something that’s only happening to me as I’m an admin & constantly logging in & out or is there something I need to change in my setup?
