spam comment

Hi,
I keep getting the following ‘comment’ posted. It’s never from the same person but from gmail and [Link redacted]

Comment I seen a wp theme on [Link redacted] which might work a lot better on your site. At the moment this theme doesn’t make your site look that great in my opinion. Please correct me if I’m wrong.. what do you think?”

It is becoming as painful as email spam.
