WYSIWYG Editor does not seem to work

    Dear Support,

    The WYSIWYG does not seem to be working. When i use the Visual to enter paragraphs, it will not reflect and everything is still in a single chunk.

    However, if i enter in my own <p> tags, the different paragraphs will work.

    Would you be able to help resolve on this?
