    Hi

I updated from 2.x to 3.x and now I do have a really simple WYSIWYG editor for custom fields (not taxonomies). I cann’t use any function of wordpress (as insert pictures, galleries, and so on).

What do I have to configure that I cann still use the WordPress editor for Textaread fields? I don’t want to generate all the time the HTML in a separate wordpress page and then copy paste…

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @flog
We are working on an update to replace the editor with the native WordPress editor.

    Hi @flog
The new version (3.0.8) uses the tiny WordPress core editor for the wysiwyg field type.

If you find the plugin useful and want to support the project don’t forget to leave your 5 star review ( it’s really important ? ).

    Hi @totalpressorg
I updated the plugin to version 3.0.8 but all my wysiwyg fields doens’t have the tiny mce editor. It is worse than before, all the wysiwyg fields now show als normal text field (so no formatting with buttons available…).

Do I need to active or change something? I tried to change the field type to Text and the back to wysiwyg, but that doesn’t help.

    Hi @flog

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

If the problem is not solved, send me some temporary credentials (use the suggestion form https://totalpress.org/support).

    Hi
I just installed the 3.0.11 and the bug is still there.

I created a test-website where you can login with your user and test the behaviour.

I sent you the information with the link above.

Please give me feedback, when I can deactivate the temporary user.

    Thanks.
