WYSIWYG EDITOR not working

    we are using Accordion FAQ plugin on our website for FAQ. what the problem is WYSIWYG Editor not working when creating a accordian. Plugin giving option to edit title, description and giving an option like USE WYSIWYG EDITOR to edit the description content. but, if we click on the button, it is not working.

    we are not able to edit DESCRIPTION as we like. help on the issue. we have to edit the description in EDITOR.

    Test the WYSIWYG editor in different web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) to see if the issue persists across all browsers. Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can interfere with plugin functionality.

    Hi,

    i have tried in 3 ways.

    1. all browser extentions disabled….. Problem not resolved
    2. all other wordpress plugins disabled….Problem not resolved
    3. i have checked with other browsers OPERA, MOZILLA, Microsoft edge…..not resolved.

    pls check once.
