WYSIWYG editor question

  • Trying to install a new page or a new post I get to the Yoast editor instead of the WordPress WYSIWYG editor. How can I switch back and forth from one editor to the other?
    Thank you very much in advance for your help and advice.

  • Is this after you click ‘Add new’ and are you seeing the rest of the post add page?

    What happens when you unclick the Yoast editor in the Screen Options tab at the top of your screen?

    Dear Lettergrade,

    I apologize; I am so ignorant, that even the question is wrong. What I was looking at was the regular WordPress editor, but at the same time I was looking at a tutoring book that has exercises with a WYSIWYG editor. After some more inquiries some nice member pointed me to the WYSIWYG editor I was looking for.
