X-Cache-Engine and cached pages not being served

I have memcached (confirmed running) with PHP Memcached (confirmed via phpinfo, not memcache). Also nginx is compiled with memc module. On your plugin it says everything is up and running.

Currently every time i visit a page (logged out, cookies cleared) it generates the debug info at the bottom, but upon refresh it generates again so it’s not serving the cached version. i ran curl -IL and the X-Cache-Engine is not there. Any idea?
