x error: Can’t Add User

    Hi,

    I encountered this error: “x Error: Can’t Add User” when one of my potential subscribers tried to subscribe using their email address.

    What does this error point to, and how can I correct it?

    Hello Ben,

    I was able to successfully subscribe to your list through the link you mentioned and was able to get a confirmation email on my email address.

    May be it was just a hiccup. You can try to enter your additional, extra email to your optin form and try it for yourself.

    If you your subscribers are still having troubles signing up then please tell the the OS and the browser you used to sign up and we can check the issue in detail.

    Hi, I have the same problem except with hotmail and gmail addresses, if a subscriber registers with a hotmail or gmail address it works fine, but if the suscriber register with another address it causes the error “Can’t add user”, I have tried several browsers and with all I have the same problem, can you help me please??
