x Failed To Add User

    Having used Optin Cat plugin on other sites error free, I suddenly appear to be having a problem with my OptinCat forms on my new website. Every time I try to add a new email I get x Failed To Add User error, regardless of OS or browser, so it would appear to be a problem with the site/plugin, and not a browser/user error.

    Can you assist?

    I was able to opt-in to your form in the pop-up form in the URL you gave and received a confirmation email to my email address so it seems to be working.

    Maybe you used an email that was already present in your email list. Please try to optin in with a new, spare email address see if it returns the same error.

    Thank you for checking and confirming. I have had success with certain emails, such as gmail addresses, however, certain domains seem to throw an error. Is this related to the domain name of the address, is that possible?

    Hello there,

    If you use keywords like “test” or “info” on the optin forms then Aweber might block such emails considering it spammy emails.

    Also, I would recommend contacting Aweber support regarding this limitation since Optin Cat forwards all kinds of emails provided it is a valid email address to Aweber.
