X-Frame-Options header is set by the plugin all in lowercase, please use the “official” case: X-Frame-Options.

Are you finding the current implementation isn’t working?
Edit: HTTP Header field names (and values) are officially case-insensitive. Ref: https://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec4.html#sec4.2
and
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7230#section-3.2Probably there isn’t a problem, it is mainly for consistency with the rest of the web.
