Sorry for taking so long, the forums don’t notify me when posts are made here. Using the free version, you can only create a backup and there is no restore facility provided.

I’ve not written up a guide as to how to use the backup file but its basically just a zip of your DB and your wp-content directory so you could figure out how to import them via FTP, cPanel, PHPMyAdmin etc fairly easily.

Alternatively, the Pro version (https://www.wpbackitup.com) will allow you to instantly import/export your backups and restore them into new sites.
