XAMPP localhost install plugin

    Hi all,

    I set up WordPress in my XAMPP setup. I added the plugin “Document Management System” and following the installation steps, I’m now stuck in the error “The DMS plugin is unable to write to the document repository…”. How can I resolve this? This is all in a windows environment, so I don’t have the “sudo chmod” capability, and hope there is a simple solution.
