xampp to fatcow server text blank space ?

    I used all in one wp migration.
    I exported from xampp to a folder. I imported on server. Every thing looks good except blank spaces have ???. The config file is set to utf8 How can I fix this thanks

    Could you please provide a screenshot on the problem? Looks like the problem comes from whitespace in some file(s), but need to verify that.
