Xat Box

Hi I’m using worpdress 2.7
On my blog ninjastrike.wordpress.com I can put xat boxes on it but when I put the excact same thing on my https://ninjastrike.co.cc it doesn’t bring up the chatbox.
How do you get a xat box onto wordpress 2.7
