    I am having exactly the same issue as described here:

    I deactivated Xcloner, but the log files kept being generated.

    I deleted XCloner, but still they continued to write log files.

    I reinstalled Xcloner, but all to no avail,

  • Please deactivate xcloner log option from it’s settings, if the xcloner still creates temp log files, make sure:
    1. Xcloner logging is disabled on all sites from your server and you use the latest version of the plugin
    2. Restart your web server as there might be other threads still going
