Xing Autopost

Since Xing is a niche social network, targeting a very specific market, I don’t think we’ll add it to Publicize soon. We’ll consider it if it becomes more popular though!

Interesting to hear that. Xing is not for a niche market at all, but they are for german speaking professionals only (a few countries in Europe, but many german speaking people around the globe). I think of it like a LinkedIn in german language.

Thanks for the extra details. Since the service is only targeting a specific language, I’d define it as a niche social network, much like other local popular Social Networks like VK (VKontakte, a very popular Russian Social Network). We have chosen not to add such services to Publicize in the past, as they’re only useful to a small portion of Jetpack users.

Still, we can’t add every Social Network to Jetpack’s Publicize. We choose to focus on those that will be useful to many Jetpack users, regardless of where they live or the language they speak.

Sad, but then I have to look around for a different solution. Thank you anyway!
