Xls, ppt, docx files can’t editable nor created

    Hello Support Agent

    I can upload/Download Xls, ppt, docx files but unable to edit them in the file manager also there is no option to create a new Xls, ppt, docx file.
    Please guide me to fix these issues.

    We do not provide the functionality to edit XLS, PPT, and DOCX files within the file manager. The file manager is primarily designed for managing and organizing files, and it does not support direct editing of these types of files.
    However, you can still upload, download, and preview XLS, PPT, and DOCX files using the file manager. If you need to edit these files, we recommend using the respective software applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Word) on your local computer.

    after uploading files are not opening, also unable to preview them,i tested with admin and editor access but nothing working. Screenshots are below

    Unfortunately, the screenshots that you have shared don’t provide any additional information like the file type etc.
    Could you please confirm which file types you are trying to preview?

    If you are trying to preview any of the doc files mentioned above, please make sure you are connected to the internet while trying to preview the files.
