    The ampersand is giving an issue.
    Remove the ampersand solves the issue on line 5

    We will look in to this and find a way to solve this on our hand.

    We have a new update where we remove all html from the product feed.
    Please update your feed and tell me if the issues are solved.

    There can be many reasons why a feed is invalid. We have build the feed in such a maner that it will only happen very sporadic.

    In case it does please do submit your feed in your Google Merchant center and check what is going on in your feed in the Feed debugger from Google. It is very powerful and spot on.
