I created the feed in the plugin and when I view the feed, I don’t seem to have the complete information needed, below. When I add XML URL to the Merchant Center feed, it prompts to browse and upload a file.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

     Hey Skipper

     https://www.heyskipperfishing.com

     Hey Skipper

Merchant center support is telling me the URL cannot be a XML extension. That it must be exported and uploaded as a XML file to create the feed to work. Is this correct?

    Hello @zoso1699,

You to submit feeds via scheduled fetches. Read more about it here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/1219255?hl=en

OK, this time I ignored that prompt to upload the file and enabled Fetch Now. It worked but had errors. These products have no GTIN value because they made by the owner. I entered specific value for GTIN and entered “No” but that failed. What should I enter for that field so Merchant Center understands these products have no GTIN? Thank you.

You leave the GTIN empty and set the “identifier_exist” to no

Let me know if that helped

In the drop down, there is no option to select “identifier_exist”. What do I select for the Source Field? Apologies for the confusion and thanks for your help.

The identifier_exists attribute is already in the feed.
It is the third attribute from below (not counting the optional attributes.)
It is by default set to yes (fill with static value)

Ok, I understand. Leave the GTIN field at default of “select source field.” Change the identifier_exists field from “yes” to “no.” Let me try this now, thanks. I wish we could add screenshots in this chat.
