• Is there any XML feed URL for events similar to the iCal URL or a way to convert ical to XML? Or is there a way to export events?

  • Hello,

Have you attempted using the following add-on: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/export-em-events-to-csv/

No. I saw that one but the plugin hasn’t been updated in a year and is untested with my version of WP. And with so few active installs, i’m a little wary of the the plugin. Thank you for the reply though. If there are no other options, i’ll give it a go

at the moment built-in exporter is not yet available but this is already been requested and the devs are looking into this (no eta yet)

I am not part of support just some dude…

not sure if this will help you.. or maybe you already know this…
    yourwebsite.com/events/feed

will give a feed(rss)…. if you.. right click (mouse) and select “View Source” you can copy that which is in xml

You could manipulate the tags with search and replace to have what you would like.
And online xml validaters to check your work.

Also in Settings -> Formatting tab
scroll down to RSS and you can change the scope (time period) that the RSS file outputs.

    hope that gets you somewhere

    Hi @robswaimea

I am also just some dude but how did you manage to get the rss feed? /events/feed is running into an error on my site .

should be ok with what you are using.. /events/feed
with over stating the over obvious and dreaded “try a different theme and deactivate other plugins” ackkkkk ??
    attempt…

Best to start a new topic and see if you can get that sorted out.
    Good luck.

you did initial mention about ical to xml…
    don’t know your experience…
I have experience with xml.. haven’t tried converting..
so.. Let me google that for you…
https://evertpot.com/248/ don’t know if it works.. good luck ??

also xml can throw errors if not formatted correctly etc..
If you do get it converted there are online xml validators so use them to correct errors

Just to add what @robswaimea has said, is /events/ your main events page?
