XML feed via FTP is empty

    When we generate our XML feed the default feed looks fine. Over 150 products inside, perfect. We also set the FTP access credentials but the file which is written to the external server is empty. What could be the issue? (The name of the file is correct however)

    (FTP credentials are working fine. We tried a file manually via FileZilla with success.)
