There is an addon that does just that, and imports jobs from indeed.

Thanks. I’m aware of this add-on for the WP Job Manager plugin but I’m using the Job Manager plugin by Thomas Townsend.

I have it set-up on a web site populated with jobs and I would like to create an XML Feed of those jobs, if possible, to send to indeed. I’m trying to find out if the plugin supports this or if there is an alternative way to do it.

You really don’t need any of that if you use the Yoast WordPress SEO plugin as it creates any xml feed you require.
