.XML Filed to Upload Demo??

Hello,

I’m using version 1.12 of the theme and am wondering if you could provide me with the .xml file so I can upload that and make my actual site look just like the preview. My sister used a different theme and was able to easily upload a file and have it look just like the sample photos and I would love if I could have something like that.

Also, on the shop page is there a way to add more space between the product title, cost, quantity in stock, and quantity selector? Everything is just so close and I would like to space it out a bit.
