XML Google Maps WordPress Plugin. Remove the visit plugin page

    Hi,

    I just want to know if there is a way or a setting to remove the “visit the plugin wp page” from my Google map.

    It’s not that it looks bad it’s just that it’s on a hairdressing site in English and the link takes the end user to the developers blog that I think is in German.

    Thanks if anyone can help.

    xmlgooglemaps.php

    look for this line and remove or comment it out

    $links[] = '<a href="https://www.matusz.ch/donate_xmlgooglemapswpplugin.htm" target="_blank">' . __('Donate') . '</a>';

    I’m quite new to the workings of wordpress, any chance of a little more information.
    Where abouts will I find this code? Appearance, plugins, settings?

    it will be in the xmlGoogleMaps plugin folder.
    you will need to download it to your computer – edit it – save it – upload it to same spot

    back up file before changes

    Hi all, samboll,

    I’ve removed the code, when I re-download the code I can’t find the removed code anywhere, but the link is still on the map for the developer. Also within the link is the Google full page option.

    Any more information or help with this would be great.
