    Hi Wayne,

    I’m having an issue with emails being processed which contain text pasted from other email content. This is the code which is appearing:

    <?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

    I’ve got the Clean HTML plugin, but that doesn’t appear to able to clean it.

    Any tips on how to deal with it?

    Many thanks,

    Chris

    Any chance you can send one of these emails to [email protected] so I can take a look?

    Hi Wayne,

    I’ve forwarded the email to the test address (subject: ‘Playscheme new contact information’).

    Hopefully the offending code isn’t stripped during the forwarding process.

    Unfortunately the XML tag was not present in the email you forwarded.

    Is the post publically available? If not you can contact me at [email protected] with the details.

    The post is publicly available but has been completely cleaned up and the revisions don’t show the original with the XML.

    I’ve sent an email to [email protected].

    Thanks very much.

    Email received and processed. I’m not seeing the XML when the post is displayed on the front end. I can see the XML in the post on the back end.
