    Thanks for reaching out about your sitemap. For the URLs not included, edit the service and ensure that the canonical URL field in the advanced tab of the Yoast SEO meta box is empty. The URLs should now be included in the sitemap.

    This fixed the issue. Thank You very much.

    I thought Google etc preferred a Cannicol url in SEO practices.

    Should I turn off Cornerstone Content as well for SEO Practices?

    When the canonical URL field in the Yoast SEO metabox is empty, that means the canonical URL is self referencing. When you manually add a canonical URL in the field, then that post or page is removed from sitemap.
