My feed seems to be broken, and I get following feedback in Opera’s RSS reader:

obviously the question is what needs to be done here?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

and then I removed what appeared to be the offending post, and noticed that the problem seemed to have moved to the next post:

well, thanks, you nailed it, and just on instinct, I went for the most likely suspects first, and the hiccup seems to have been with a broken link checker…
So I only deactivated, and reactivated two plugins, and the problem seems to be over.

    nope it did not work…

Chrome gives me the following error:

    quote
This page contains the following errors:

error on line 351 at column 2: Extra content at the end of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

finally yes, eliminating all plugins first, categorically, in the file manager. Then the problem was gone. Then I brought them back but deleted all the inactive ones, and that seems to have fixed the problem…
