I have Jetpack installed in my website and it uses the XMLPRC file to function. However, I do get plenty of bots trying to log in for a brute force attack. I can enable and disable the block feature through 2Fa (in Login Security) but that’s if the file is not in use. I will then have to skip the feature. but..

Will 2FA then only protect the login page of my website?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @teresacuervo,

For now, 2FA is supported on the default WordPress login page only although is scheduled to be expanded to 3rd party plugin pages such as WooCommerce.

When customers wish to disable XML-RPC authentication through Wordfence or disable access to the file altogether via .htaccess, Jetpack is one of the plugins that we ask them to ensure they’re not using before doing so.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
