XML Property Importer Frequency?

I’m interested in using this plugin, and buying the importer premium feature. However, I’d like to know if the importer can automatically import from RETS. Or do you have to manually click an import button in the wp-admin to do this?
MLS updates practically every minute, so it would be very important to have up to date MLS data via RETS.
Is this possible to be automated? Thanks!
