xml Site map

Hello,

I have Categories in Hebrew. When I look at the xml site map, I see that the categories in the URL’s doesn’t show in Hebrew characters.

ex: https://mysite/category/%d7%9e%d7%a9%d7%97%d7%a7%d7%99-%d7%90%d7%a1%d7%98%d7%a8%d7%98%d7%92%d7%99%d7%94/

The xml page is UTF-8 : <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
For sure WordPress and the data base are UTF-8

What could be the issue?
