XML Sitemap appears unformatted

    As you can tell from the sitemap, it appears unformatted and it’s not clear whether it’s a display issue or if there is something wrong with the structure of the file.

    I have used the same All in One SEO Pack options I have used on a sister site on the same server. That site displays sitemap.xml perfectly.

    Grateful for your advice.

    It’s hard to say for certain without diving in, but offhand I’d say it’s likely a server issue.
    The good news is that the formatting is only for humans, Google doesn’t care about that, and this is a sitemap for Google, not for humans. ??

    Thanks for your prompt reply. What’s curious is that both sites are on the same server…one displays perfectly, the other…

    Are we sure the XML looks OK to Google?

    We’re certain. You can verify this by submitting it in Google Search Console.
