XML Sitemap for MU

I have WordPress MU with multiple sites running on it. I am also using the domain mapping plugin so that they can all use their own https://www.mydomainname.com addresses. I want to create xml sitesmaps to submit to Google but all the plugins either seem to not work with MU or they work but for the entire MU setup rather than on a blog by blog (or in my case with the domain mapping plugin, a website by website) basis.

Second to this (but related)… I moved one of my site from a regular site to my MU setup. Some of the page names have changed but they were already indexed by Google. Will submitting a site map trigger Google to amend these?

Can anyone give some advice on how I can sort this please.
