XML Sitemap – Homepage not being listed?

    WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version:1.4.1

    Been using the Yoast WordPress seo for a while and finally got round to switching on the XML sitemap option.

    My one question is, should my homepage be listed in the XML sitemap as it doesn’t and I cannot get it to appear?

    Other than that the sitemap is working fine.
