XML sitemap issue with PATHINFO: "Almost Pretty" support

    The url you provided appears to be for salesforce.com – I assume that’s incorrect, please provide a correct URL if you want me to be able to help you troubleshoot this issue. Also, are you using the dynamic sitemap here, or the static sitemap? I’ll test this with PATHINFO permalinks, it’s quite possible there’s a bug here as that’s not a common configuration, or one that I’d recommend. If accessing sitemap.xml with index.php in the URL does work, then I’d suggest setting up a redirect here as a quick fix.

    In that case, I’d suggest enabling pagination as well, and setting a number for this like 1000 or 500 or whatever is a comfortable number of links for your server to generate for a given page.
