xml-sitemap not being crawled correctly?

In the last 3 weeks my number of 404 errors in Google Webmaster Tools has gone up drastically.
While further looking into this I discovered in GWT that my robot.txt file says this:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/

Sitemap: https://wonderfulwanderings.com/sitemap.xml.gz

It’s not crawling my sitemap?!
I don’t know why, because in my settings I have enabled crawling of my sitemap by google.

Does anyone know what I can do about this?
