    Dear Word Press Support ,

I found an error in my site heath , There is a critical issue with Word Press update :
Background updates ensure that WordPress can auto-update if a security update is released for the version you are currently using .
Some files are not writable by WordPress :
    xmlrpc.php

    https://prntscr.com/uost7v
As I checked , I can ‘ t access to this file even in my host .
    https://prntscr.com/upgb6y

If is possible , Please help me to solve this issue .

    Best regards ,
    AZAD

Are you using a plugin that disables XML-RPC? Can you fix the permissions via your hosting control panel?

Dear Steven Stern (sterndata) (@sterndata) ,

    Thanks for your response .

Are you using a plugin that disables XML-RPC?

My plugins are the same plugins that I were using them before this error and I haven ‘ t install any new plugin recently . Do you mean some plugins change this permission ? If yes can you tell me about ?

Can you fix the permissions via your hosting control panel ?

I use Shared Hosting and I have access it via my hosting control panel , Please you tell what permissions I need via my hosting control panel to solve this issue and what should I do ?

    Best regards ,
    AZAD
