xmlrpc.php not working

Hi.

Okay so I’m using wp through my Yahoo web hosting. (I’m only mentioning this in case it affects the answer for some reason)

I’m still VERY new to all this and frankly, I’m lost on a lot of subjects involving this but as of right now I have one question-specifically about my xmlrpc url.

I’m trying to use audioblog and blip.tv to send video/audio from those sites to my blog. Audioblog and blip both ask for my xmlrpc url.

so my address would be (I believe)

https://mysite.com/journal/xmlrpc.php

my blog url is mysite.com/journal/ so I think the URL is correct, right?

but in audioblog it tells me no blogs found. (and it does have wordpress as a host that it can support)

in blip.tv it tells me that it can’t connect and perhaps my URL is wrong.

I don’t know what’s going on. Is it blip.tv and audioblog.com or am I missing something or is it because I’m using WP through Yahoo and not independantly? I don’t know but I’m hoping someone can help. I’d really like to set up these services for my blog.
