xmlrpc.php POST requests only error

    I seem to be getting that error. I checked google, and found a link which was: https://trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/1494

    I didnt find no fix or anything. So I just decided to remove that code from line 4 and the error disappeared. But now, the XML-RPC post requests only. Is there a fix? I searched the forums and people said to run wp-admin/upgrade.php . Well, I did and I still get the error. Anyone got another solution for 1 or both of these problems?
