XML/XSL error with latest version 1.4.13 with NGINX

I’m running the latest version of the plugin and when i load the sitemap of my site in chrome the page appears blank

viewing the source it appears that the XML is correct, however i see a 404 error for https://<domain>/sitemap.xsl

i am running w3tc with disable WP for 404 errors of static files as well and have already added the current rewrite rules for WP-SEO for the sitemaps feature to work in NGINX

have i missed a new Nginx rewrite rule that needs adding?
