Actually there are problems with other crawlers as well. Again in my “Humans” tab I see:

A pity this plugin is unsupported ??

I apologize you feel you are not being adequately supported on a free pugin. The problem lies with the way these forums work, to be honest. I login and see the support page (we’re not notified when a new post is made) and if there are a significant number of posts made your post may have rotated off the screen, possibly several pages down depending on new posts, replies, etc. We’re pretty proud of the amount of support we are able to give.

Getting back to your problem, have you tested this lately on the latest version? I’m not seeing this problem in my production sites.

I thought you are notofied with new posts. Any way I will check the newer versions and let you know if the problem persists.

We don’t. There’s a selection at the bottom that says notify me of any replies but new posts we have to check for. Since September we added more support staff to help handle things as well. Let me know what you see.
