YARPP – how to remove "no related posts"

I am just starting my blog so I only have 7 posts thus far. At the bottom of this page it says “No related posts.”

Why is it showing up here but not on other posts? How can I remove this? Or if it can’t be removed, can I style it differently so it doesn’t look like text from the post? May confuse readers.
