YASR Stopped Working

I am using Avada Theme. I created a test page at https://todayschristianent.com/test-ratings/ and added the YASR shortcode but nothing shows up.

Hello youthman, thank you for using Yasr!

Can you please try wit the incognito windows of your browser? If it will works, means that is just a caching problem. Delete it and it will work.

If it still doesn’t work, can you please post a screenshoot of the browser console?

This is happening on my customer’s computer as well as my home office and work office computers. All three are in 3 different locations so I don’t think it’s a browser issue.

I just logged into WordPress on a different computer using a different browser (Chrome instead of Firefox) and I still do not have the stars. See screenshot link below.

Yeah, I found out the error…just go in the settings and select “stars” to this question: How do you want to rate “Overall Rating”?

I now see the ratings in the control panel but they are not showing up on the website. I even created a new test page, added a rating and the shortcode but it does not appear on the site. Here is the test page https://todayschristianent.com/test-ratings/

Ok, can you please go again in the yasr settings, and select yes at both of this question

Show “Overall Rating” in Archive Page?
Show “Visitor Votes” in Archive Page?

Further, if you have some settings that are not set at all, select what you need and then save

They are working again. ?? Some of the options were unchecked.

Did not have a selection for some options. Thank you kindly for your help.

YEs, unfortunately with yasr 1.2.2 and yasr 1.2.3 settings were lost on update, but I’ve fixed with 1.2.4 so it is safe to update now ??
