Year/month folders

  • I have the year/month folders turned off on the media settings and indeed when I upload a file it goes direct to uploads. However when I replace media it puts it in a year/month folder. Please advise.

    I just tried to reproduce the issue, but everything worked well from my side.

    In order to help you troubleshoot this, it would be helpful if you could provide us with some additional information, including:

    • Screenshots?showing what options you choose in Enable Media Replace, or a?screen recording showing the issue in action.
    • Your site information. Please?navigate to?Tools?>?Site Health?>?Info,?click on the?“Copy site info to clipboard”?button and paste the information in your reply.
