Love the plugin so far, finding it very powerful yet intuitive.

The below shortcode is working as expected here: https://thephil.org.uk/events-archive/

    [events_list_grouped limit="999" mode="yearly" scope="past" order="desc"]

    #_EVENTLINK
    #_EVENTDATES at #_LOCATIONNAME in #_LOCATIONTOWN

    [/events_list_grouped]

    — except for the group title… in this instance, can’t work out where “January” is coming from…?

The list is working, but ideally each group title is replaced with a year overview title, eg: 2016 Archive, 2015 Archive?

    Thank you!

I can see now that the formatting is site wide, but the settings page says “These formats will be used on your events page. This will also be used if you do not provide specified formats in other event lists, like in shortcodes.”

So specifically, can the group title be altered on a per shortcode basis?

To change the header, change “Events page grouping” under Events > Settings > Formatting > Events to Yearly, then set “Events page grouping header” to the format you want and save.

Sorry, appreciate the answer, but the above page is the only yearly archive…

I’ve set up a couple of “latest event” pages using the settings page, and they all format as required.

The archive page above is unique, and just yearly. It all works fine apart from the titles…

So I guess the question specifically is can a shortcode have a unique title, separate from the main settings?

    Thank you.

    you can try something like

    [events_list_grouped limit="4" pagination="1" mode="yearly" header_format="<h2>#s</h2>"]
