yearRange cannot be set

Hi,
i’m trying to set the year range to 1900:2012 in this date picker but it seems to be impossibile… if i try to create a date picker in the contact form 7 module the date picker creator doesn’t put the rearrange tag even if i specified it too… i have to put it manually… from the documentation page… but is not working…as you can see…
