• Hi,

Since updating to 4.4.1 I get a lot of complaints from users they cannot use our contact form anymore. They all get the message with the yellow (orange) box around it and the message is not sent. I tested this myself and can only sometimes reproduce the problem, but there does not seem to be any real common ground. I tried different OS’es and browsers. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the words people use in the contact form, so I suspect something goes wrong with the nonce.

Any ideas how to fix this? If there is something I can do to test or help find the problem, just let me know.

I’d rather not put all these details on a public forum. I’m more than happy to send them to you personally though.

I’ve send you a mail with a list of all used plugins. PLease let me know if you want me to test something.

Did you recieve my mail with the used plugins? And did you find something that could cause this? Thanks again for your time

I did some additional debugging and searching. I’m using the contact-form-7-to-database plugin and I have a test environment where I can do some testing and compare the results. For some reason some of the columns in the database are not filled in on the system were I have the problems. I’m missing data in the _wpnonce column and in the _wpfc7_is_ajax_call column. Could this have something to do with the problem?
