Can you open Chrome Dev tools and view the Console then reload the page to see if there are any Javascript errors?

    Hello,

Thanks for your quick reply. The Chrome Dev tools Console gives two errors. Unfortunately I am not skilled enough in programming to understand them.

When I refresh the page (back end) the settings for shortcode/php, number of ads and order by disappear.

?Maybe the problem is caused because I don’t use a traditional template. I work with Oxygen Builder. I added a sidebar for the widgets and published a text widget in it for the shortcode. I hope you have a solution for me. Thank you very much.

    Kind regards, Vincent

Can you make sure you have disabled any Ad Blocker browser extensions for this site?

    Hello Datafeedr,

I have allowed everything, re?nstalled the plug-in, but no yellow box and no shortcode unfortunately. Also not in Firefox and Edge browsers. I will try tomorrow on a new website with tradition template.

    Kind regards, Vincent

    Dear Datafeedr,

Unfortunately it still does not work. I installed a clean WP with nothing more than standard theme Twenty Fifteen. And again the yellow box does not show up when I open adds in settings, so I can’t generate a shortcode.

    Kind regards, Vincent

I see that you are testing this on localhost. Is it possible to test with localhost in HTTPS instead of just HTTP?

Also, I just tested it on my site and the yellow box was not there. But then I disabled my Ad Blocker (in my case AdBlock on Chrome) and then the yellow box re-appeared.
